It offers a wide range of industry-specific courses in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The courses include specialized training in areas such as Construction Management, Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms, Infrastructure Development, Road Design, BIM Design, MEP Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing, Computer-Aided Manufacturing, AI-based Generative Design, 3D Animation and Presentations, Drafting and Modelling, Engineering Analysis, Structural Design and Analysis, Piping and Plant Design, and more.
BIM is an acronym for Building Information Modeling or Building Information Management. BIM allows Architects, Engineers, Real Estate Developers, Contractors and other construction professionals to Plan, Design and Construct a Building with Structure, Electrical details, HVAC details, Plumbing and Fire Protection details within one intelligent 3D model and offer a highly collaborative environment. Based on an intelligent model and enabled by a cloud platform, BIM integrates structured, multi-disciplinary data to produce a digital representation of an asset across its lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operations. Globally, BIM is now a crucial process and many developed countries have already made it as mandatory, to ensure the planning, design and construction of Buildings to be highly efficient and collaborative. Blueprints and hand drawings were used to express the information about a particular Building plan in the past. This conventional 2D approach was very difficult to visualize the dimensions and requirements of a complex structure. Then came the Computer Aided Design (CAD) which helped the drafters to develop the drawings in a digital environment. Sooner, 3D Modelling capability was added in the CAD technology, which brought more realistic visuals to blueprints. Now, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the standard and it offers much more than just a 3D Model.
